Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DOMEZRA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Picsay Camera (“the app”).
1. Photos, videos and editing projects
The app accesses photos you select and uses the camera to capture photos or videos. Editing, filters and previews run locally. The app does not upload your photos, videos or microphone recordings to a developer-operated server or send their contents to AdMob for advertising.
Projects, imported assets, thumbnails, preferences and temporary files may be stored in app storage. Exported photos and recordings are saved on your device. If you choose to share media through another app, that service handles the shared files under its own policy. Gallery backup services you enable may also back up saved media.
2. Permissions
- Camera: to show a live preview and capture photos or videos.
- Microphone: to record sound when you use video recording.
- Selected media access: to open the photos you choose through Android’s picker and work with app-created media.
- Internet and network state: to request ads and process privacy consent.
You can manage camera and microphone permissions in Android Settings. Denying a permission limits the related feature. The app does not request precise GPS location.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The app uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on settings, consent and availability, advertising services process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information. IP addresses can indicate approximate location. This information supports advertising, measurement, service performance and fraud prevention.
Google and its advertising partners may process this information on servers outside your country. Their retention practices and privacy controls are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Additional information is available in Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.
4. Rewarded filters
Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Where offered, completing one rewarded ad unlocks the selected premium camera filter for 24 hours. The app stores the filter identifier and expiration time locally. Each filter has a separate expiration. Free previews and free filters remain available. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove unlock records.
5. Privacy choices
Where required, the app presents a consent message. You can revisit available consent options through “Privacy Choices” in the app. You can also manage your advertising identifier through Android Settings. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads or all technical data processing.
6. Retention and deletion
Local projects and preferences remain until deleted, replaced or removed through Android’s app-storage controls. Temporary recovery files may remain after a failed save so you can retry. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app-private data; exported photos and videos may remain in your gallery and must be deleted separately. Copies shared with other services are controlled by those services.
We do not maintain a server-side user account or a developer-hosted media library for this app. For advertising data, use Google’s privacy controls or contact the relevant service. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and retain it only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations.
7. Security and your rights
We use Android’s app-storage and permission mechanisms to limit access to local app data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us using the details below; requests concerning data held by Google may also require using Google’s controls.
8. Children
We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and address the request. Parents and guardians should supervise use of camera and advertising-supported services.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or its services. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
